Challenge

The client was a health plan for service members, their families and beneficiaries around the world serving 9.6 million beneficiaries. For one of their managed care support contracts that serviced half of the United States, they struggled to support call volumes over topics like benefits/schedules that could not support 6K concurrent calls with their fixed number of agents.

Solution/Services

rockITdata implemented and hosted AWS connect to create an intelligent contact center to maximize efficiency and create telemetry of the caller’s contact center experience. We leveraged automation, NLP and AI-enabled chatbots to unify omni-channel strategy to boost efficiency and extensive customer wait times.
