The Veteran Health Administration needed to align and integrate the portfolio of HRO activities and educational products across the 350,000 enterprise.
Solution
Created hundreds of video and written products to include eight HRO Dashboard educational videos, six AMSUS video presentations, 15 monthly HRO newsletters, three guidebooks, and multiple toolkits and training aids.
Outcome
Engaged and educated over 350,000 VA employees to include providing introductory training on Just Culture. Continued large-scale HRO efforts have matured and delivered on intended goals, with common outcomes to drive successful HRO implementation, improvement and sustainment.
