Problem

The DoD needed to demonstrate compliance and value establishing the Hearing Center of Excellence in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act to “deliver value to stakeholders through coordinated research, data governance, education, and the translation of science.”

Solution

Provided subject matter experts to facilitate and implement the a HCE Balanced Score Card, author numerous Reports to Congress, review Omnibus Appropriations, develop the HCE’s Concept of Operations, and update the DoD Instruction 6055.12 (Hearing Conservation Program).
